Very vigorous selection shows well; spring, summer outside, and especially in winter indoors. An elegant house plant, it appreciates a cooler home and isn't stunted by coolness, like the older begonias. It grows as a very round mound, perfect for a manicured patio pot, or as a neat garden plant. The leaves are very similar to its siblings, rounded, ruffled and possessing a red back.
