A low, tight profile that could be used as a sunny area groundcover. 'Celtic Cream' features small, refined foliage that has a creamy-yellow margin and a blue green center. When temperatures drop, 'Celtic Cream' turns up the heat with a bright pink edge that continues throughout the winter.
